Is Your Coffee Mug Making You Dumber? “Heavy Metal Kitchen” Pt. 3:
Welcome Back!
About 15 years ago, folks across the HR industry noticed that the average IQ of new applicants was markedly lower than in previous years …
Upon further inspection, they discovered that intelligence levels in general had actually been going down since the 1950’s …
So, what caused this disturbing trend to become noticeably worse all of a sudden?
Of course, opinions vary on this, but I have one I’d like to share:
Heavy Metal Toxicity.
After all, we live in a society soaked in toxins of ALL kinds – much of it due to the post WW2 chemical boom – as we’ve discussed before; however, more recently …
A spike in the number of consumer goods manufactured in China has led to a significant increase in dangerous levels of heavy metals like Lead and Aluminum found in the products we use every day.
For example, almost all enameled cookware manufactured in China contains high amounts of lead.
The worst offender, again, is slow cookers, so if you haven’t already, check out Is Your Slow Cooker Not-So-Slowly Poisoning You? for all the details …
As I mentioned, I use slow cookers quite a bit, and I was shocked to find out I was simmering my food for hours in leaded enamel!
Sadly, it doesn’t stop there. To discover which of your other go-to kitchen items are safe or not, check out The “Skinny” on Cookware. You’ll be surprised …
The problem is heavy metals are so dangerous to your cells that your body will go to great lengths to keep them from circulating openly in your bloodstream.
As a result, these toxins get deposited in your delicate brain and nervous system tissue, impeding their ability to work properly and directly lowering your IQ.
Of all modern toxins, I consider heavy metals the worst for this reason, not to mention how difficult it can be to rid your body of them.
So, what can you do to prevent heavy metals from ruining your mind in the first place?
For starters, you need to reduce your exposure to common heavy metals like Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, and Aluminum as soon as possible …
And because it’s a high exposure environment for most people, look in your kitchen first. In short …
Aluminum cookware leaches into your food, and most enameled cookware has high levels of lead, while the least toxic is high-quality stainless steel.
It’s why I threw out all my old aluminum and enameled cookware and replaced it with a few select pieces of high-quality stainless steel made here in the U.S.
Obviously, it’s better to have a few safe, high-quality pieces versus a lot of low-quality, toxic pieces.
Now … for the question we’ve all been waiting for …
Is your favorite coffee mug making you dumber?
Unfortunately, the answer is “YES” … over time …
Like your slow cooker, enameled mugs are some of the worst offenders, especially when filled with hot, acidic coffee …
The coffee cup you drink from every day – perhaps two or three times – is coated with lead-filled petrochemicals that slowly find their way to your precious nerve and brain tissue, lowering your intelligence over time.
Scary, right?
Do yourself a favor and swap out any drinkware with enamel liners for a stainless or glass mug …
However, be careful with the latter …
- Avoid colored glass!
- Colored glass uses toxic doping agents like Cadmium and Lead.
- NEVER use antique colored glass, which has sky-high lead levels.
With just these simple steps, you can reduce your intake of heavy metals right away!
BUT … you’re still not done …
You need to purge your body of toxic heavy metals already affecting your precious brain and nervous tissue with a simple, all-natural detox each and every day …
How?
Like I do – with the most powerful Humic/Fulvic acid supplement on the market: BioRecharge!
It contains 72 supernutrients that quickly remove toxins and waste from your cells that drain your energy and slow you down like …
- Deadly herbicides and pesticides like Glyphosate saturating your produce …
- Poisons like Fluoride, Chlorine, and Chloramine in your drinking water …
- Harmful 5G radiation from cell phones, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi …
- Lead, mercury, and aluminum in your pots, pans, pipes, and coffee mugs.
If you feel tired, groggy, or fuzzy-headed whatsoever, then you need to add it to your personal wellness routine every day and “clean house” like I do …
One serving in your morning coffee or tea allows your body to flush itself fast and absorb more of the nutrients it needs to function optimally, especially your brain!
I guarantee you’ll start feeling smarter and mentally clearer almost immediately. Plus you’ll get a surge of real, natural energy in just 15 minutes that lasts all day!
Just be sure to take an honest look at your favorite cups and mugs, even those with major sentimental value …
And look on the bright side …
You can always put them on your desk or workbench to hold handy items like pens, paperclips, and rubber bands, etc.
That way you can pick them up and hold them whenever you feel the urge …
‘Til Next Time … To Your Better Health!
