The journey to a healthier life

Born and raised in rural Minnesota, I am the youngest of three brothers.
And even though I’m 6’4”, I’m also the shortest - those guys are huge!

Growing up meant hours traipsing around in the woods in the warmer seasons and lots of reading during the freezing winters (no TV).

This also meant being surrounded by all sorts of animals, including horses.

Much to my chagrin at the time, the country life also meant manual labor like baling hay and alfalfa in the summer, splitting firewood and bottling apple cider in the fall, giving me one heck of a work ethic early on (at least I’d like to think so).

Most of my university time was invested in training and competing at a national level for the TaeKwonDo team; when I retired from competition I was fortunate enough to travel around the world on a ship.

I also finished up my university education on the Gold Coast of Australia where I channeled my unused athletic endeavors into surfing.

I moved directly from Australia to San Diego, California and I’ve been here ever since.

That’s the snapshot of my background… but why does health and wellness matter to me?

Without health there is no happiness!

Have you ever heard that saying or a variation of it?

I had heard it before, but it wasn’t until I experienced a complete breakdown in my health, related to stress-induced burnout, that I actually believed it.

There is no worse feeling in the world than waking up feeling depressed, exhausted and awful day after day with no end in sight.

After the traditional medical system failed me, I took the one thing I had left, my insatiable curiosity that was probably instilled in me by the long winter nights reading by the fire…

I devoted all my time and financial resources to fixing this complex problem and not only did I get out of my “health hole”, I came back even better than before!

And even though this cost me my business and life savings at the time… it was worth every penny!

If you give your body what it needs, so it can use its own native healing intelligence, it can fix damn near anything.

I’m living proof of that.

What in the heck do I do anyway?

Well, like you may be, I got confused by the bewildering array of natural health options out there.

How do you know if something is “the right way”?

I was convinced there had to be something that tied things as diverse as acupuncture, exercise, healthy food and Vitamin C together.

It drove me crazy until I discovered information that not only has been forgotten by most, it was suppressed by some of the most powerful people in the world… over 100 years ago.

It’s simple physics
All disease is an imbalance

If an electrical energy deficiency arises in your cells it leads to imbalances in your body.

We call these imbalances Aging and Disease.

At a fundamental level your cells run on physics and not chemistry, as is commonly taught.

And by physics, I mean electrons - all your cells, and therefore you, run on tiny electrical currents that are critical to their function.

Every action you take either increases the electrical health of your cell or diminishes it.

And if you can fix one cell, you can fix them all.

Based on the forgotten knowledge of this universal wellness principle, I use and create natural, practical and effective remedies that work.

I don’t care how old or new they are.

I don’t care if they have one study or a thousand.

I’m only interested in whether they move your “health needle” by increasing energy flow in your cells or not?

Some of these are “forgotten fixes” like a special type of water found only in nature that fights cellular inflammation

Others can be natural remedies I put together myself to solve problems like low energy or brain fog.
