In fact, most sunburns are caused by a standard American diet full of unstable fats known as partially hydrogenated or “trans fats.”
These unhealthy fats become incorporated in the cell membranes in your skin, and they’re unstable at a molecular level …
Once sunlight strikes them, they release free radicals that harm surrounding healthy cells and cause the inflammation we know as sunburn.
Well, fortunately, If your skin is made up of healthy fats, then you’re not prone to sunburn …
AND there’s a wonderful, marine-derived antioxidant you can use to fortify your skin …
Your fats incorporate it over time, and you become less prone to sunburn as a result …
