Get the Most Out of Your Diet:

Welcome Back!

People ask me all the time why I focus so much on getting “more” energy and my commitment to finding all-natural ways to charge up your body’s native healing intelligence …

Well, it’s simple, really …

In college, I was a highly-ranked Tae Kwon Do competitor and an Olympic contender, so I got a ton of head and joint injuries …

Way more than I ever did surfing here in Southern California …

Combine that with extreme stress from years of 80+ hours a week enslaved to a job I hated, and I was at an all time low:

Brain fog, low energy, back pain, and joint pain all made me wonder if I could ever bounce back.

What’s worse, I woke up feeling exhausted and unmotivated every single day, which was definitely NOT me.

After talking to several MD’s who wanted to put me on dangerous prescription drugs, it got to the point where I had no choice … 

I quit my job and focused on recovery full time … with two goals:

  • Getting more real, sustainable energy …
  • Finding “alternative,” ie. 100% natural ways to do it!

After years of intensive research and personal experimentation, I created “Forgotten Health” so I could share what I’ve learned with you …

So you, too, can find true health and wellness without feeding Big Pharma and its revolving door approach to medicine …

You know, expensive treatments, surgeries, and pharmaceutical drugs designed to keep you coming back again and again …

That said, feeling your best each day and increasing your body’s innate ability to generate MORE energy on a daily basis is surprisingly simple …

Boost your body’s electrical system as much and as often as you can!

And – as I’ve said before – it starts with practices, supplements, and foods that donate those little pieces of electricity we call electrons directly to your body …

Simple things like doing movement-based exercises, “grounding” yourself by making direct contact with the Earth, and getting at least 20 minutes of direct sunlight a day … 

Not to mention getting enough deep, restorative sleep each night; drinking plenty of the right kind of water; and controlling what and how often you eat …

For example, tons of organic, pesticide-free, non-GMO fruits and vegetables; marine-based superfoods rich in DHA and SOD …

And other electron-rich foods like fish, shellfish, organ meats, raw dairy, and properly prepared seeds and nuts …

Because increasing electrical current inside your cells – especially your brain cells – is critical to being awake and productive.

Well, if you want to ramp up your body’s natural energy stores, discharge stress-related toxins, and rev up your immune system …

So your body can function at peak efficiency as well as fight off disease and nasty viruses like the flu …

You must absorb as much of the essential vitamins, nutrients, and electrons from the foods you eat and transport them inside your cells to those tiny “power plants,” the mitochondria …

How?

First, and again this is nothing new, drink more of the right kind of water … 

Remember, your cells use structured water to transfer the electrons captured from food into the mitochondria, using them for power …

Therefore, If you want your body to run like a well-oiled machine, you must be well-hydrated. 

Period.

And, something I’ve never said here before that might shock you …

Don’t be afraid of a big, fresh salad! 

Seriously! 

It’s a great way to add extra electrons as well as structured water to your diet.

Second, you need to limit your intake of something new to our conversation that’s found in many plant-based foods …

Anti-nutrients.

Anti-nutrients are defined as “substances that block the uptake of minerals, inhibit digestion, and irritate the intestinal tract.”

Traditional cultures have always used food processing methods to remove them from their fruits and vegetables …

Cooking and processing food is the typical way to go; however, this disperses electronic energy, so when you do, try to go light on your cooking …

A good rule of thumb is to simply limit the number of processed foods you consume.

Did I mention that you should try to eat as many raw, pesticide-free, non-GMO fruits and vegetables as possible, as often as possible?

Joking aside, if you want more “go-to” energy from the minute you wake up each morning or just to feel like your true healthy, happy self again …

Replace anti-nutrients that would inhibit your body’s ability to uptake those crucial nutrients and electrons we’ve been talking so much about lately with what your body really needs …

How?

Put some tuna, salmon, or grass-fed steak on that salad … 

Wash it down with plenty of the right kind of water …
