It’s called DHA …

You’ve probably never heard of it, but it’s a crucial fatty acid commonly found in fish oil. Consider this …

DHA is so important that in 500 million years of evolution its function in vertebrate nervous systems and eyes has never changed!

That’s half a BILLION years!

Most importantly, DHA is essential for optimum brain health, and you NEED to focus on the nutritional requirements of your brain …

Especially if you’re lacking in overall energy or mental clarity. You see …

While it contributes only about 7% of your body’s overall weight, your brain uses about 20% of your overall energy.

Crazy, right?

That’s why it’s so important that you feed your brain what it needs to function optimally …

Otherwise you’ll feel drained of energy because your brain is literally stealing it from the rest of your body AND working overtime to do it, hence the Brain Fog.

Store bought fish oils have a huge rancidity problem, usually covered with strong artificial flavors like lemon.

The last thing you want is rancid fish oil in your stomach, which – as disgusting as it sounds – actually increases inflammation, so it’s really worse …

For these reasons, avoid gel caps, as they are easier to hide spoiled product in.

Recently, I started eating far more seafood and supplementing with fish oil again, and I’ll tell you what …
