One Meal A Day (OMAD).

Now, I realize It might sound crazy or intense, but it’s actually the most flexible “diet” I’ve ever come across, and it’s not a fad, or even a new concept. In fact …

In ancient Rome, only slaves ate multiple times per day because it kept them docile like livestock while citizens ate only once, including soldiers on the march.

You see, you can actually eat as much as you want during a four-hour window as long as you eat foods good for your brain …

Ones high in healthy fats instead of refined sugars and carbs …

However, before you assume you’ll be limiting yourself to undesirable low-cal foods, let me stop you right there …

One night I had a huge bowl of homemade mac and cheese (on chickpea pasta) and the most delicious banana bread I’ve ever eaten …

And that’s just one example of a kickin’ OMAD meal I enjoyed!

Once you know what to look for – and what to avoid -, there are actually a LOT of pretty incredible options out there …

Especially given the increased popularity of the Food Network – not to mention sharing recipes and diets – worldwide in just the last 5 years or so …

You can basically have all your favorite things as long as you replace harmful ingredients with ones that are easier on your body.

For instance, I recommend …

Two BIG Substitutions:

  • Replace sugar with stevia or monk fruit and …

  • Swap out regular flour with almond flour or coconut flour.

This will allow you to get all the calories your body needs and still enjoy your favorite dishes …
