How to Armor Your Gut:
“Be Good to Your Gut” pt. 1

When you surf abroad, you sometimes run into a “mysto” - ie. mysterious - surf break you have no knowledge of but just have to risk …

Because the waves are that good …

It’s extra exciting because you have to watch out for hidden dangers like rocks lurking beneath the surface ...

Well, when I looked around the dinner table at the family feast this Christmas …

All I could see was “mysto” food prepared in “mysto” cookware … hahaha!

Which got me thinking about the importance of Gut Health …

Why?

Because you never know what dangers may be lurking in your food - EVEN if it’s made from scratch by people close to you like this one was …

There’s hormones, antibiotics, glyphosate residue, and foreign chemicals to consider with raw and processed foods these days ...

Plus the industrial “vegetable” seed oils, gut-wrecking refined gluten, and heaps of insulin-spiking sugar in everything …

Not to mention non-stick coatings containing heavy metals and other toxins on your cookware and servingware ...

This time, I want to discuss my “secret weapon” for surviving suspect meals - holiday or otherwise - with my Gut intact …

Taken in advance it’s like a “get out of jail free” card for eating whatever you want and not suffering afterwards …

Or drinking too much alcohol and having little to no hangover the next day.

As I mentioned, the trick is to be prepared and protect yourself before eating “Mysto” foods …

With something guaranteed to neutralize toxins on the spot, ensuring they NEVER get stored in your fat where they can slowly poison you over time.

So … what is this miracle substance?

Vitamin C.

I know what you’re thinking … “everyone” knows about C …

But, you probably didn’t know it’s been used as an anti-toxin since the 1920’s or that this discovery won a Nobel Prize in 1937 …

In fact, it’s such a strong anti-toxin that it was used to cure Polio in the 1950’s.

Not treat … CURE!

It’s amazing, right? You see …

When doctors traced Polio back to DDT and Lead-Arsenic pesticides used at the time, doctors used high doses of Vitamin C to neutralize the polio-causing toxins and reverse the disease’s progression.

ALL that said, consider this:

If Vitamin C can detox someone from POLIO, what do you think it could do with the junk found in “Mysto” foods?

It’s why I took a high dose of it before heading over to Christmas dinner and also why …

I ate with confidence, knowing that any harmful substances were being neutralized in real time so my body could safely eliminate them later.

The “catch” is that you have to take enough of it, at the right time, depending on the situation you’re in ...

AND it’s extremely difficult to find “clean” C, as over 90% of it contains a toxic pesticide called “Glyphosate.”

We’ll talk more about that soon … for now, just know this:

If you walk into a normal store and buy Vitamin C - unless it says “NON GMO” on the label - more likely than not, you’re ingesting an inflammation-causing toxin.

So always get the best anti-toxin form known, in NON-GMO, Pesticide-free form:

Pure Vitamin C as Ascorbic Acid.

And follow the directions for dosing it to the letter …

Don’t worry, it comes with a handy little guide, and it really does work.

I’ll tell you what, it feels GREAT to be able to eat dang near anything and know you’re protected from the inside out …

Even if you go back for seconds AND thirds like I did hahaha …
