That said, let’s talk about the BIG one everyone has issues with …
Milk.
Why?
Well, there is valid criticism of U.S.-based milk, raw or not, related to a protein found in the genetic variant of cows used to produce milk here …
the A1 Casein protein.
These breeds originate from Northern Europe and are the dominant breed used for milk production in the U.S.
As a result, A2 milk – which is much more bioavailable for some – is slowly becoming more common …
However, even then, my advice is simple …
- Always drink raw milk …
- Avoid pasteurized milk at all costs …
- Try A1 raw milk to see how it makes you feel …
I avoided dairy for many years but found a difference when drinking raw milk. It turns out the A1 Casein protein doesn’t bother me at all.
It is definitely worth experimenting with different kinds of milk to access the rich source of electrons they contain.
Next, I want to focus on two popular sources of vitamins, minerals, and protein that contain high amounts of anti-nutrients …
Starting with a popular one that can be a real issue – and not just for digestion …
Nuts.
So, if you want to incorporate them into your diet, then you need to prepare them properly beforehand …
The traditional method is to soak them in salty water overnight. This gets rid of the anti-nutrients but leaves many of their nutritional benefits intact …
It also permanently de-activates the anti-nutrient phytate, which is important.
Phytate, or phytic acid, binds to beneficial minerals in your food like iron, calcium, and zinc, inhibiting their absorption; therefore …

It’s easy to use and works great …
What’s more, these salted nuts still taste good AND are high in electrons!
“Crispy Nuts” Recipe
Items Needed:
- 4 Cups Raw Nuts
- Sea Salt
- Pure, Filtered Water (NOT tap)
- Large Bowl
- Large Cookie Sheet
How To:
- Soak 4 cups raw nuts in sea salt and filtered water
- Cover in a warm place overnight/minimum 7 hours
- Drain and spread in a single layer on cookie sheet
- Dry in oven on lowest temp for 12-24 hours
CAUTION: Make sure you avoid peanuts, which are NOT a nut but a legume …
And they are almost universally contaminated with the fungal-made poison Aflatoxin …
A carcinogenic agent that attacks the liver …
Which leads me to the second common source of anti-nutrients I mentioned before …
Organ Meats.
Rich in electrons, they are SUPER good for you, in particular – you guessed it …
Liver.
You may not know it, but liver is a repository for an astonishing amount of highly bioavailable vitamins and minerals such as:
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin E
- Vitamin K
- Vitamin B12
- Folic acid
- Copper
- Zinc
- Chromium
- Heme iron
- CoQ10
- Purines
This is why, in the wild, predators will eat the liver first and why I recommend grass-fed beef liver.
And no, the liver is not a filter and does not store toxins …
Again, it’s a great source of vitamins and minerals like CoQ10, which is a cofactor in mitochondrial electron transfer, and Purines, which serve as precursors for DNA and RNA.
Understandably, many people don’t like the rich, gamey taste of liver …
It’s OK if that includes you – believe me, I get it!
For just this reason, I’ve included another “Old Timey” recipe designed to capture the 12 highly-bioavailable vitamins and minerals mentioned above …
So you can feel amazing the next day without having to eat a whole portion …
Plus, it’s much easier to swallow and super HIGH in electrons!
DIY “Liver Pills”
Items Needed:
- Grass-fed or pastured beef liver
- Sharp Knife
- An Open Mind 😉
How To:
- Freeze liver for 14 days to kill parasites & pathogens
- Remove from freezer
- While frozen, cut liver into pill-sized chunks – the bigger you can tolerate, the better
- Swallow whole, while frozen – just like you would a vitamin pill
Sadly, you’d think that you could get everything your body needs from food, but it’s just not the case anymore …
In short, if there aren’t enough nutrients in the soil, there’s not enough in the produce we grow and eat, therefore, not enough in you …
So for now, follow the guidelines above, and you’ll be in a better position with your diet than the vast majority of the population.
