Until I realized I was controlling when I ate but not what I ate …
So I started looking more closely at the kinds of foods I was putting in my body and decided to eat only electron-rich foods as part of my one-meal-a-day protocol as an experiment …
Well, guess what?
It worked!
I had more energy, lost a ton of weight, and felt better all over – body and mind …
So much so that I’ve been doing it for over 13 years now with incredible results.
