The 3 Root Causes of Disease

I’ve got something I need to get off my chest …

I’m sick and tired of seeing so many supposed “Health Gurus” on social media these days touting their area of expertise as the ONLY way to be healthy …

It’s utterly hypocritical, and I’ve had enough …

For example …

The “diet” gurus say their specific plan cures dang near everything, yet they cook with toxic industrial seed oils in pots, pans, and slow-cookers loaded with heavy metals …

The “fitness” gurus say working out is everything, but they drink water laced with contaminants like Fluoride, Chloride, and Chloramine from endocrine-disrupting plastics all day …

The “spiritual” gurus say skip the physical work and chill out, while they blast themselves with toxic nnEMF from their phones, Bluetooth, WiFi, and other radioactive 5G devices … 

The bottom line is this … 

If you want to be truly healthy, you have to cover all the bases, all the time – not pick and choose what practices suit your current attitude or wellness niche … especially if it changes from day to day, depending on what’s trendy!

By now, you know I’m all about consistency and practicality rooted in basic biophysics …

AND I never recommend anything I haven’t tried on my own body and practice myself on a regular basis …

That said, here are some easy steps you can take to feel better, have more energy, and be truly healthy – all day, every day!

It starts with identifying the 3 Root Causes of Disease:

  • Emotional Distress
  • Nutrient deficiency
  • Toxins

Again, fixing just one won’t cut it – you have to address all 3 if you want to be truly healthy and fight off disease on a regular basis …

So let’s break them down one at a time and see what we can do, starting with the one nobody wants to admit is affecting them …

Emotional Distress.

Seriously. When was the last time you felt truly, 100% stress free?

Been a long time, right? It’s because …

Stress, anxiety, and repressed, negative emotions trapped in the body absolutely can and do cause disease … 

The problem is most people – especially men – don’t want to deal with their “emotions,” and stress is exactly that – a feeling …

In particular, a feeling of psychological stress that causes a physical reaction in the body …

Inflammation.

Inflammation is linked to most modern chronic diseases – the very expensive, hard to treat ones that drain your energy, causing you to wake up tired.

Therefore, if you want to release feelings of stress in your body and other trapped emotions that could be silently sabotaging your health …

There are 3 options I’ve used that work really fast with lasting results:
