4. Chlorophyll is like a magnet for oxygen in the air, pulling more into your blood …

NOW … for the big reveal …

Another great way to get more oxygen into your bloodstream is to take Cordyceps.

Cordyceps falls into a class of superfoods known as “Stress Adapted Foods.”

So what does that mean?

Basically, when you have a plant (or fungi in this case) that lives in a harsh environment, it tends to be more nutrient-dense.

It must in order to protect itself from extreme conditions.

Cordyceps is native to the frigid, high altitude Himalayan Plateau, one of the toughest living environments in the world.

This harsh environment is why Cordyceps can help us get more oxygen into our blood …

Cordyceps dilates the lung’s airways, which in turn, provides more oxygen to the blood.

From experience, I would put this one above Chlorophyll and below Ozone water in terms of intensity.

Most people can feel this one, but it’s nothing too crazy.
