Now let’s jump back in and talk about Core Nutrient #2 …

You can take it as a front-line defense against, well, pretty much anything infectious.

First, a curious history lesson ...

Up until about 70 years ago, almost all foods had high amounts of this critical nutrient.

After WW2, chemical manufacturers created for the war effort were left with a HUGE stockpile of chemicals (and scientific talent) and nowhere for it to go ...

SO … they put it in our food supply!

Where better to put dangerous chemical war agents, right?

Specifically, these dangerous chemicals were adapted for agricultural use - to increase crop yields.

Well, it worked.

As a result, North America became the largest food exporter in the world …

BUT … at the expense of Nutrient Density:

Herbicides and pesticides adapted from WW2 killed ALL the beneficial fungi in the soil needed to break down inorganic material in the dirt to their organic forms that could be absorbed by plants then eaten and absorbed by humans.

So what does that mean?

Basically, if the plants we eat don’t have this core nutrient anymore, we don’t have it …

By extension, NO land animals have it anymore …

In fact … only marine life has it. Sad but true ...
