Give Your Blood the “Green” Light!

Healthier Blood, Healthier You! (pt. 2)

As we learned last time, there is simply not enough oxygen in the air we breathe these days … AND it’s getting worse every year!

Once you’ve done all you can to improve the quality of the air you breathe - at work and at home - you’re ready for the next step …

Get more oxygen into your blood so your body’s natural healing can do its job …

Not just so you can fight off disease, but also feel better and have more energy day in and day out!

To that end, let’s talk some more about the oxygen content in your blood itself … Why?

We all know our bodies need water – the right kind – and oxygen to function properly.

Your heart continuously pumps blood AND oxygen to your cells, so they can remain strong and do what they need to do to keep your body operating efficiently …

Remember … Healthy blood = a Healthy you!

Well, it only follows that the healthiest blood is going to contain the most oxygen.

So, as promised, here is my first of 3 Ways to Get More Oxygen Into Your Blood …

This one simple biohack alone is guaranteed to increase the oxygen content in your blood …

What is it?

Chlorophyll.

Now, we all know Chlorophyll is essential for photosynthesis, helping plants grow by absorbing energy from light … but what you may not know is it’s also good for us!

The easiest way to increase the oxygen content of your blood is to take chlorophyll.

Chemically, chlorophyll is remarkably similar to hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying component of your blood, the only difference being that it uses magnesium instead of iron.

So … what does this mean for your body in actual practice?

When you supplement with chlorophyll, it acts like millions of tiny little magnets for oxygen, increasing your hemoglobin’s capacity to capture oxygen in the lungs and route it throughout your body.

If you find yourself feeling tired, chlorophyll can be a nice “pick me up,” particularly if you’re spending a lot of time indoors, which typically has less oxygen than outdoors.

I also make sure to use it while flying since most airplane cabins are pressurized to about 8,000 feet …

AND when I relocate to an area at a higher elevation than my typical sea-level location.

To maintain good health, try taking chlorophyll supplements at least 3 times a week to increase your blood oxygen levels regularly.

There are many brands, but the one I use and trust is called “ChlorOxygen” by Herbs Etc.

They source their chlorophyll from Stinging Nettle, one of the most chlorophyll dense plants in the world.

I highly recommend it, and like most of the natural remedies we’ve been discussing, it’s easy to find and inexpensive …
