It’s why a huge hidden cause of weight loss resistance is fat toxicity.
Funny how none of the diet gurus mention this one, huh?
So, the first step in removing harmful toxins stored in your body fat is to lose weight.
Obviously, this is easier said than done for many people, so what is step two?
Detoxing your fat.
Luckily, there are some simple DIY ways to do this that are super cheap. Let’s start with the easiest one first …

And one of the only non-animal-based, actually bio-available sources of B-12 you can find.
What is it?
I’m talking about a form of algae known as Chlorella.
While it won’t pull out what’s stored in your fat, it will pick up what’s circulating in your blood as well as soak up heavy metals in your food BEFORE they get to your bloodstream.
Chlorella has just the right electrostatic charge to be able to attract and lightly bind to heavy metals circulating in your bloodstream like lead and mercury.
As blood and food-borne heavy metals impact your health the most short term, you need to deal with them.
This is why I take chlorella before eating fish - every time, no exceptions.
It prevents toxins like mercury from reaching your bloodstream in the first place!
WARNING: Do NOT take Chlorella at ALL if you have an amalgam dental filling - the second most common source of mercury behind fish.
Also, If you take Chlorella and start to feel woozy, take a strong binder immediately to help mop up the circulating toxins. Why?

As I mentioned, besides being a gentle, ongoing detox for heavy metals, it’s also a complete superfood:
Chlorella has tons of B12 and Vitamin A, which are pretty hard to get unless you eat a lot of organ meats, and it's a pretty good source of protein - another reason it’s my go-to on long flights.
Also, it contains a strange little complex called Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF) - a combination of nucleic acids, peptides, and polysaccharides - that protects your cells and slows down aging.
1.Only buy “cracked cell wall” chlorella.
2.Avoid any that uses glass or metal to break open the algae; small amounts of glass dust and metal are left behind.
3.Look for brands that use soundwaves to break it open instead.
